Blackstone Griddle Chicken

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips or cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon juiced

Method

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high and lightly oil the surface.
  2. Toss the chicken with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Spread the chicken in a single layer and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  4. Add the butter, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and toss the chicken on the griddle for 1 minute to glaze.
  5. Let it rest briefly, then serve in bowls, tacos, wraps, or over rice.

Notes

Cook the chicken to 165 degrees F. Boneless thighs work just as well as breasts and stay extra juicy. This griddle chicken is a great base for fried rice, fajitas, or hibachi-style bowls.
